This is one of the finest speculative rows ever built in the city. The brick and brownstone buildings are an eclectic fusion of the Second Empire, Queen Anne, and Romanesque Revival styles. The height of the terraced lots on which the row sits makes it one of the most massive and impressive groupings in the Fan.
