1889, John and Daniel Mahoney, developers; George Ryan, builder. 1424–1432 Floyd Ave.

The Mahoneys were among Richmond's most prominent developers in the late nineteenth century, and Ryan ran one of the largest construction companies. This unusual grouping is unified by a continuous porch structure across the length of the row. The end buildings have false pedimented gables and the center units are articulated as one-and-one-half-story structures with a mansard roof.
