Clinton and Russell, architects from New York primarily known for their skyscrapers, created this impressive Beaux-Arts structure. The threeand-one-half-story elephantine Georgian Revival box looms above the two-story Corinthian portico. The structure extends the depth of the lot and has large three-story porches on the side and rear. The building, together with several adjoining town houses, has been adapted as senior housing.
