A large group of semidetached houses covers half a block on the north and south sides of Floyd Avenue and wraps around the Allen Avenue sides of these blocks. The houses display an interesting collection of Arts and Crafts motifs applied to otherwise identical buildings. Each of the units has stepped parapet end walls and maintains a uniform gabled roofline, though the projecting gables, porches, and wall surfaces vary.
