This towering Gothic Revival design is Cameron's most important commercial building in San Antonio. The triangular mass of the twelve-story building has Gothic detailing executed in limestone at its base and buff-colored terra-cotta at its uppermost floors. A churchlike spire emphasizes the acute-angled corner of the building and marks the northeast corner of the original Alamo courtyard. The building initially housed medical offices.
