Behind a high rustic stone wall is this one-and-one-half-story Colonial Revival cottage built as a casino club and dining room for summer residents of the neighborhood, which eliminated the need for cooking elaborate meals at home during the heat of the season. Originally sited on another part of the property when the area was still being developed, it was moved to its present location in 1931.
