This meeting place for buses, private cars, and pedestrians is contained within a low, formal, modernist building dominated in a constructionist fashion by glass and metal. Its purpose, and particularly its public use, is difficult to discern from the street. Its anti-contextualism in relation to the older buildings around it and its lack of space for public landscaping means that it does not add much to the public sense of the civic center.
