Set on a large open lawn, this well-proportioned Arts and Crafts church is well suited to the Hawaiian climate, with its overhanging roof sheltering a wraparound lanai. A high gable roof rises above the lanai's hipped roof, and the maroon, shingled gable end, with its Gothic-arched stained glass window, provides the facade with a focal point, as well as additional color and texture. Lava-rock columns support the lanai's hipped roof, further contributing to the picturesque character of the building. Double doors lead into the sanctuary which has an open-beam, scissors-truss ceiling. Subdued stained glass windows are above and to either side of the altar. The main window dates from 1927, while the two side windows, the product of Willet Studios in Philadelphia, were installed in 1972.
