The Santa Fe's modified Mission-Prairie Style is apparent in this administrative center, which was designed as three stories although only two were built. The red brick upper floors are on a base of light sandstone that is echoed in the stone frieze and in the Santa Fe cross logo, in terracotta, set into corner bays.
