This sparkling, two-story Renaissance Revival edifice with a coffered soffit in the overhanging, bracketed eaves has rough stuccoed walls and a limestone foundation and trim. Windows flanking the entry bay on the main floor have elaborate, round-arched surrounds, while the second-level fenestration features iron-balustraded balconets. Three arches centered in the symmetrical east facade lead through decorative metal gates to a recessed entry portico. Marble wain-scot, plaster relief detail, and terrazzo floors shine in the full-height lobby, which features a coffered ceiling and second-floor balustraded balcony.
