This inviting information center and mini-museum is a viga-studded, two-story stucco hybrid that borrows from the International Style as well as the Pueblo Revival. Dean Brookie, a Durango architect, used shapes, including a round tower and oddly angled rooms, suggested by the Mesa Verde ruins.
