c. 1890. Railroad (Main) St. and Midland Ave.

This elegant little depot with its bracketed eaves and pediments above doors and windows, sits on the main street, which is still called Railroad Avenue even though the depot is now a bank. A CM caboose serves as the Chamber of Commerce and Information Center at the corner of Midland Avenue and Colorado 82, and a rusting iron CM trestle still spans the Roaring Fork River on the south edge of town.
