This two-story brick hall, later stuccoed, was the town hub of a streetcar suburb platted by homesteader Edwin P. Harman. His town of Harman was annexed to Denver in 1895 and has evolved into the Cherry Creek North neighborhood, characterized by upscale shops and aggressive upgrades of small cottages to “pop tops,” solar homes, and condominium complexes.
