This French-influenced Renaissance Revival show house wears a mansard roof and symmetrical facade with pedimented dormers flanked by ocular windows. Large brick pillars hold decorative wrought iron gates fronting the formal entry bay. A two-story east portico with a third-floor balcony is supported by tall Ionic columns. Inside, steel framing allowed rooms to be laid out functionally without concern for load-bearing walls. Mrs. Crawford Hill, Denver's society queen, reigned here long after her husband's death. After her death in 1955, this formal mansion and gardens became the Town Club until it was converted in 1990 to law offices.
