Laborers Hall is a simple, one-story, brick-clad building on the west side of Market Street. It was built for the Laborers International Union of North America, Local 252, primarily representing construction and utility workers. Large plate-glass windows arranged in a grid pattern and wrapping around the northeast corner, accompanied by a flat roof, give the building a clean, modern look. In 2010, the university made minor renovations to the structure to repurpose it as a student health center and retail space.
