This twelve-story brick building with articulated base, shaft, and cornice was one of Conrad Hilton's first hotels. Detailing includes ribbed brick pilasters with Corinthian limestone capitals on the second story and a vertical brick band and arched limestone window surrounds on the twelfth story. The dentiled cornice has limestone banding with medallion and urn motifs. The building was also called the Roosevelt at one time and was the largest hotel in the central business district until the construction of a new Hilton Hotel in 1981 nearby at 113 S. University Park Drive. The Regis is currently used as a meeting facility.
