Although no longer serving its original function, the Palace happily retains its street facade. The front is faced largely with blonde brick, with a series of polychrome tile accents, most notably around the upper level's pylon sign. A large window in the second story suggests that there was a balcony level of seating. Commercial development along Main Street led to the remodeling of the first-floor theater space into a mini-mall, a loss for the town.
