This three-story Spanish Colonial Revival building has broad-arched perimeter breeze-ways and a clay tile roof. San Antonio–based Smith began his practice in the 1920s with restoration work at several missions and continued to design in the Spanish Colonial style throughout his career. This building is one of a set of mid-twentieth-century residence halls grouped around a commons building.
