Alaskaland's offices are in the Georgia Lee House, a hip-roofed bungalow with hip-roofed dormer, built in Nenana for the Alaska Railroad. In 1928 it was moved by rail to Fairbanks to occupy the site at 829 Fourth Avenue until it was moved to Alaskaland in 1967.
