This northernmost house in the block began in the mid-nineteenth century as another relatively simple, five-bay brick building with plain, rectangular fenestration. A two-story polygonal bay with segmental-arched windows was added to the southern half later in the century, and presumably the ornate, bracketed cornice dates from the same time. At the turn of the century, a recessed wing was added to the south. Its classical detailing includes a Palladian entrance with Ionic columns and a Corinthian arcade above.
