1847, c. 1853 and later. 1877, gutted by fire. c. 1917, rebuilt. 1425 Kingstown Rd. (at Rodman St.)

Although rebuilt only after a long period of abandonment, this well-maintained mill with gable roof, monitor, and tower on a gable end could be among the state's most handsome examples of small mid-nineteenth-century granite mills, but extensive, insensitive additions destroy its effect. Along Rodman Street especially but also along Kingstown Road are the one-and two-family mill workers' cottages which Cole praised in his history.
