Designed to house the offices of the Sun Oil Company (Sunoco), the building incorporates parking on the lower levels. Its French limestone base supports a yellow brick facade organized with setbacks and vertical forms that suggest the underlying connection to the Gothic features popular in the 1920s. At the top, the corners are cut back to create corner balconies for the offices of the top executives.
