Built on the site of Fort Augusta's stockades, and now administered by the Northumberland Historical Society, Hunter House Museum exhibits a collection of fort-related artifacts excavated during archaeological digs. A one-sixth-scale replica of Fort Augusta on the site includes the well and underground powder magazine built in 1756.
