This four-story Romanesque Revival building is constructed of golden-orange-colored Pompeiian brick on the upper stories, with a heavily rusticated brownstone base. Tall round-arched windows span the second and third stories, and the cornice is a mixture of such classically inspired elements as dentils, pediments, sunbursts, and a blind arcade. The building has commercial stores on the first story and is adjacent to the courthouse annex.
