There are approximately five coffee/tea pot or percolator buildings remaining in the United States; this is the only one in Pennsylvania. This example of whimsical roadside architecture was donated to the Lincoln Highway Heritage Association, moved to the Bedford County Fairgrounds entrance, and restored to its original glory in 2004. It has a two-story interior space, and originally had a potbelly stove vented through the spout to emulate steam. Now it is a shop for Lincoln Highway memorabilia, open by appointment.
