Situated at an angle to the street, the rectangular-plan office building faces Campau Square to the east. Its deep plum–colored brick and rose-tinted glass contrast with the adjacent concrete and reflective glass buildings. The glass facade is broken by vertical bands of fluted brick. Polished granite buttons set in stone surrounds that connect the brick banding distinctively mark the building at the cornice line and above the first-floor level. The main entrance has a large Postmodern semicircular arch.
