The visible framework, exposed mechanical and cooling towers, and interior stainless steel railings affirm the high-tech style. The atrium, capped in glass, forms a prominent north–south, light-filtering internal axis and meeting place. From its observation deck, there are spectacular views of campus and the Lansing skyline.
