Originally dedicated the Hall of Agriculture, the building was renamed after Edward Brackett Winslow, president of the Board of Trustees (1908–1911) at the University of Maine. The brick, two-and-a-half-story building with raised basement features a prominent curved gable flanked by two dormer windows. The building is now home to the College of Natural Sciences, Forestry, and Agriculture, and the Maine Agricultural and Forest Experiment Station.
