1908, Allen and Archer. 1801 E. Broad St.

Designed by a Baltimore firm, this building reveals the immigrant and working-class character of the area at the turn of the twentieth century. The cornice is typical of the Mediterranean Revival style, while the brickwork and windows have an Arts and Crafts orientation.
