pre-1882. 321 State St.

This one-and-a-half-story nineteenth-century stone house was, at a much later date, made medieval and English by an addition to the side in stucco and half-timber and by a pair of wall dormers that have half-timbering in their gable ends. For many years (1882–1932) the building housed the local Danish-language newspaper, Dannervirke. Its stone and half-timber architectural image well suits its original use.
