This is a piece of sharp-angled minimalist sculpture enlarged to carry out the function of a building. The center section of the building has been cut into, providing open parking visible on the ground level, and above, a connected band of angled bays on the second and third floors. The play between what appears as a “real” building within the cutout and the surrounding piece of minimalist sculpture is well carried out.
