Now a bed-and-breakfast, this sprawling Tudor Revival house was built for Nettie Dresser and her husband, Frank, who owned a battery factory. Nettie Dresser used her residence for frequent and notable entertainments. The house's asymmetrical massing, numerous gables, irregular fenestration, half-timbering, clustered chimney stacks, and corner turret is an excellent example of a style that became popular in the 1920s and 1930s.
