Now used as offices, this is one of the few relatively unaltered examples of a Moderne factory to survive in the region. The distinctive Coca-Cola logo of the company's name, written out both in script and displayed on a bottle, is cast into a concrete spandrel over the entrance and accentuated by an expanse of glass-block wall above and flanking linear ornament cast as a surround. Horizontal cast-concrete belt courses separate the windows from plainer wall expanses and a chevron-banded center parapet provides additional detailing on the building's facade.
