A pair of one-story brick commercial buildings in the northeast industrial quadrant of the city were saved from demolition and recycled into architectural offices. The rose brick walls and low-pitched gable roofs on the front office building and rear shop building reflect the utilitarian function of an automotive service facility. The interiors were cleared of accumulated debris, the brick walls were exposed, and openwork steel trusses were revealed. In 2015 Lynch completed the recycling of an adjoining early-twentieth-century
