This two-story, five-bay house has a two-story L-shaped double gallery creating a sixth side bay. The house was built for Robert Stafford, one of the organizers of the Columbus Meat and Ice Company, who built the opera house (
PF48) next door the same year. The house lost a cupola in the Storm in 1909 that destroyed the tower of the courthouse across the street.
