Opposite the Vogler residence, this house is a more mature modernist design by Colley, but with regionalist overtones. Set before an expansive lawn, the flat-roofed, linear residence features a rectangular-patterned wooden sunscreen shielding a front gallery. A neatly trimmed linear hedge perfectly fitting within the composition of the front elevation recalls Colley's premise that plantings are integral to a design.
