This handsome one-and-one-half-story stuccoed bungalow is fronted by a recessed porch with smooth cylindrical columns. Its colonialized Craftsman style recalls, on a reduced scale, the work of Philadelphia architect Charles Barton Keen, most grandly exemplified by Reynolda House (1917), the sprawling bungalow that Keen designed for tobacco magnate R. J. Reynolds in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This is a modest but well-studied example of the type.
