In 2007, Fargo’s Catholic diocese began development of a new and larger campus serving Sullivan Middle School, Shanley High School, and a pastoral center. Sts. Anne and Joachim Catholic Church completed the ensemble. The church nave is preceded by a fairly complex arrangement of spaces. The forms and details are generally Gothic Revival with a steep roof, square tower with a spire marking the transition from the nave to the apse, and pointed-arch windows. The architects coordinated the work of several artists in the stained glass, and incorporated historic stained glass art pieces from other churches.
