This is a typical post-Civil War Italianate dwelling. The narrow end of the two-story brick-sheathed box provides its main entrance; its long side, interrupted by a two-story bay, faces the side street. Present are the usual pronounced stone lintels over the windows (quite brittle in outline) and bracketed eaves supporting a low-pitched hipped roof.
