Conceptually intriguing and visually stimulating with its several levels, varying building scales, wide elevated walkways, open plaza areas, pergolas, planters, and nonlinear street access, the low-rise office complex offers a refreshing alternative to a high-rise world of commerce. Post-tensioned, gray amalgamate panels provide the basic texture and are complemented by the offices' modulated, floor-to-ceiling, bronzed-aluminum-framed windows and flat roofs with overhanging eave lines, all of which present a clean tropical modern statement of the 1960s–1970s. Rising above its landscaped lot on a strong horizontal podium, the complex invites interaction with its multilevel walkways that provide a myriad of vistas. No office directly faces another, adding further to the visual dynamic.
