Railroadi-Ana galore, including architectural bric-a-brac, make this large museum a joy for rail enthusiasts. A replica railroad depot is jammed with ephemera, photos, paintings, books, models, and other artifacts. The large grounds hold more than sixty-four pieces of vintage rolling stock and a halfmile track for mini-excursions. Museum founder Robert Richardson selected the Allen Lewis Farm-house (1863), the county's oldest, for the curator's house, although numerous alterations hide its antiquity.
