1936, Temple Hoyne Buell. Northwest corner of E. Pabor Ave. and N. Maple St.

American Architect and Architecture (October 1937) spotlighted this WPA Moderne beige brick, two-story school distinguished by its semicircular entry pavilion. Tall, narrow windows at the landing level illuminate the stairwell while window bands light the classrooms. Inside, innovative ramps replaced stairs, and lockers were recessed into the walls.
