This gracefully aging two-story, hewn log barn, beautifully sited in a meadow on the homestead of Michael Evans, served as the town hall of Eastom (an early, now vanished settlement) and as a dance hall. Windows on all sides and the front Dutch doors suggest original use by human beings as well as live-stock.
