1912; 1920 renovation, Arthur F. Comer; 1998–2000 renovation, Hansen Architects. 222 Drayton St.

Initially a livery occupied this site. It was modified or replaced in 1912 by an automobile sales and service facility. The building took its present form in 1920, proving adaptable to changing times while remaining true to its original use (the only historic gas station in downtown still serving that purpose). Comer was a Savannah architect, formerly in partnership with Henrik Wallin; the recent renovation was carried out by Renaissance Restorations.
