Constructed as speculative housing by a later owner of the Sentry Box, these tenements are double houses. Number 130 is a half tenement; the construction of its other half may have been prevented by the Civil War. The porches are Greek Revival in style, while the bracketed eaves display Italianate ornateness. All of the houses have raised, or English, basements, side-hall entrances, and front and rear parlors.
