1931, Eugene G. Groves. 10000 E. 13th Ave.

Constructed of poured-in-place concrete reinforced with steel, this brick-clad two-story school has double front doors in a wide surround centered in a symmetrical main facade. The doors originally had stained glass panels, and borders of leaded glass outlined upstairs windows. Red brick is trimmed in a lighter brick and beige sandstone in varied horizontal and vertical patterns, with darker brick in first-floor spandrels.
