This church, the oldest standing church in New Braunfels, makes use of massive limestone masonry to form its Gothic Revival design. A square stone tower with a spire is the primary feature of the facade. In 1963 the church was significantly enlarged at its west end, but fortunately, the scale of the stone blocks was maintained.
