This recently restored structure, now a bed-and-breakfast, is said to have been built by Chinese railroad workers. Built of the locally made D'Hanis brick, the hotel is a two-story design with a deep, frame, front porch on both levels. The hotel operated until 1920, when it was acquired by the Farmers Exchange of D'Hanis, which operated a feed store here.
