A wonderfully animated Italianate house, this shingle-covered building has unusual decorative frames surrounding paired, angle-headed windows and unusual two-sided bays on either side of the front door. A truncated hipped roof covers all. The apparent size is deceptive: before its restoration, the house had been converted into nine apartments.
