Early 20th century. 734–752 West King St. (north side of West King St. between Samuel and Valley sts.)

This ten-unit row house is treated architecturally as five units. Entrances to each pair are behind pedimented sections of a long, continuous porch. Above the second floor, shallow pediments in line with the entrances provide a bit of relief to the heavy, continuous, cornice. The nicely designed row has a great deal of variety, instead of what could have been a long, uninteresting street facade.
